A little L5S1 ELDOA after workout today. 60 seconds of work to help offset the compressive forces from lifting and gravity. Keep those micro movements going so the macro movements work better. ELDOA is a system of postures utilizing active tension throughout your fascial system to help you move better, developed by Guy Voyer, DO. These are not easy to do but I feel the benefits are worth the effort! #mobilityishardwork #eldoa

Day of firsts, First college tournament today at the Tiger Invitational at Crosswinds Golf Course in Savannah. First time playing 36 holes. First competitive birdie ( last video). Tired and sore feet but gritted our significant improvement from first to second round. Round 3 tomorrow and fall season concludes.
